What an incredible week of gospel-teaching moments and opportunities. We are continually praising the Lord for mercifully directing us to this beautiful, faithful, and relentlessly biblical body of Believes to live life alongside. 







And although we’re sad to leave VBS prematurely, we’re off on a short summer vacation!

The Ginnie Springs Float

We woke up to Florida University's opposing baseball team warming up right outside our hotel room. So, in natural Conley fashion, the kids grabbed pillows and copied the medicine ball workout happening fifteen feet below us. The boys were laughing and the kids were having a blast copying all their moves!

Before Daddy went to work, he got breakfast with us, taught Bubba how to include a tip, and then,

we were off to Ginnie Springs, where the water is FREEZING (72 degrees) but oh, so beautiful!

The Miami Mishap

Gooood morning!

You watch our babes...

...we'll drive to Miami for what was supposed to be three total hours. 

Jokes! It was six. And though we were mostly amused at how really nothing went as planned, Daddy picked up his new trailer and Mama got to see wild peacocks roaming the trees of South Miami while holding Papa's hand. I'll take it!

And they'll take any excuse to hang out with Miss Taylor :)



And to top it off, Uncle Jeremy came back and stayed the night with us!

We woke up early to read and then assess our own damages from Hurricane Ian.

Suffering only a few downed branches and a flipped over shed, we really were thankful for extremely minimal damage, while so much of our state was affected in ways I can't even fathom.

Daddy checked our neighbors backyard, finding no damage while they were away.

And for the most part, our day continued as usual. 



Including boys doing lots of jumping jacks for laziness. 

We are thankful to the Lord for His mercies here in Stuart, and though our beautiful state was marred greatly, we still trust our sovereign God who uses all things for His own glory, even when we can't see it in the moments.
