Day Four Hundred and Ninety-Three

Crossfit at the gym 3 times per week. Crossfit at home 3 times per week.
(Adam took 15 minutes to teach me how to correctly squat. After 5 years of collegiate weight training, he finally got me to do it right!)


Ever tried spaghetti squash spaghetti? You should. It's better than the noodle version and I'm not even biased!
