Day 4,531

The CBC Kids Camp Funny Farm Day!!!

A whole afternoon with our church’s children and their families at the Funny Farm!!! The BEST time!

For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.
Romans 11:36

20 My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
21 Do not let them depart from your sight;
Keep them in the midst of your heart.
22 For they are life to those who find them
And health to all their body.
23 Watch over your heart with all diligence,
For from it flow the springs of life.
24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth
And put devious speech far from you.
25 Let your eyes look directly ahead
And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you.
26 Watch the path of your feet
And all your ways will be established.
27 Do not turn to the right nor to the left;
Turn your foot from evil.
(Proverbs 4:20-27, NASB)

Day 4,506

The Kindergarten Mountain Graduation

We slept in.

Worked out.

And met Auntie Kim for breakfast!

Where she—unbeknownst to any of us—decided to totally spoil these extra-surprised little children!! It was SUCH a joy to see her again and for the babes to get to love on her too. She’s sure a treasure :) THANK YOU AUNTIE KIM for your thoughtfulness and intentional care!

We can’t wait to see y’all again!

:)

AND THEN: KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION ON THE TOP OF A MOUNTAIN!!

Our sweet little Ella Mae completed all her kindergarten work and asked if for her graduation, she could celebrate on the top of a mountain. Uhm, YES.

And so, to the top we went to celebrate our girl’s massive achievement in graduating kindergarten! Ella Mae, you had such a lovely, fun-filled, exciting first year of school and we are SO proud of how diligent you were in your work, in your effort, and in your attention. We can’t wait to continue through the years of school with you, as you learn all that God has for you. What a joy it is to watch you grow, Lady Kate!

We love you, 1st Grader!!!

She quickly changed, and 20 minutes later, we were halfway down the mountain, standing at the bottom of a GIGANTIC natural rock slide!

Wanna try?!

Yes?!
LET’S GO!

It was absolutely freezing but TOTALLY awesome!
Oh, what a day!
