The Mess a Month Makes
When I walked into our apartment Monday night, I was greeted by a surprisingly clean home. Surprisingly only because it was left in the hands of a man, and you never know what you can expect when it comes to them and cleaning. But, I managed to snag a good one, and he had our home all nice and tidy for me to immediately enjoy. There were no dead bugs - no living ones either - no lizards, or rotted garbage, or green creations in the sink. It was perfect. Until I came in and made that perfectly clean apartment look like this! We barely made it five feet into our home before the bomb exploded. Clothes everywhere. And because I had to do laundry, the mess just kept getting bigger. Clearly, Adam wasn't amused. But if it were up to him - as a single, unmarried man - I know that those bags would've just continued laying there, and from them, he'd keep choosing old dirty clothes to put on his back. Good thing he married me after all, I guess ;)
With the clothes cleaned and out of their suitcases, I was able to begin sorting through them to piece together a couple of matching outfits for Adam and I to wear during our anniversary photo session. I've got a few ideas going, but I'm still undecided...mostly about my outfit. I already chose Adam's, but choosing mine is so much harder!
