Day Three Hundred and Seventy-Five

The 26-Footer

Packing up a 3-story home is no small task. To remedy that fact, we went out and rented the largest possible UHaul truck we could find. 26 feet of pure giganticness. And hello. My name is Kendall Conley. But you can call me "Bus Driver" instead. Because it's that big. Thankfully, I've had 2,000 miles of experience with UHauls and large trucks in the past six months, so you could also call me "Veteran" if you'd prefer. But just in case, I got the $45 insurance to cover any problems I might run into. Literally.

Amidst the whirlwind of packing, my crazy brother got ahold of my camera when I wasn't looking. Just for that, here's his payback! This is what you get when you use my camera without asking! :)

Last summer, I drove to Oregon and spent a week as a Bible study leader at a Christian camp called Fuge. It changed my life forever. I discovered a passion for teenage youth that I'd never realized before, and every day, with a bunch of cool kids, got to teach them about Jesus! Rebekah was one of those kids. She's got a heart of gold and loves the Lord. She was always ready with answers to my questions when the rest of the class was too shy to speak. And, she also lives quite close to my dad's...So I took a break from packing and met my sweet friend for an afternoon coffee date. Best decision! She's such a neat girl and I'm excited to see how the Lord uses her in her first year of high school!
