The Homemade Life
I can honestly say that I can't remember the last time a picture like this was even an option for POTD. Sunshine, homemade food, a movie, and my boy. Is this real life?!!
*Pinching myself*
Adam had a day game this afternoon, and though it went into extra innings, he was still "home" by 5. And that, my friends, is quite the change of pace. A good one too. Another change: homemade pizza!! Every Friday night, The Rickard's tradition is pizza for dinner!
And after weeks and weeks of restaurant food, Zack's Italian masterpiece was a little bit of wonderful. With the Rickards as our sweet company, the four of us enjoyed a relaxing night...something that I think all of us appreciated!
I mentioned yesterday that Adam got a shipment in from Under Armor. He, for some reason, thought he needed a Skull Cap, and well, here it is! He doesn't quite know how to use it yet, but I kinda like what he's got going here!!! Haha :) Adam's hair can now touch his shoulders, and with that reality comes the combined reality of what us women call rats. Also known as knots or tangles, his beautiful locks are turning into his own bit of nuisance. And it's really funny when he attempts to brush them out. I've never seen such a "soft" side to him! Hahaha Love you Honey! But you're NOT cutting your hair!
