Day One Hundred and Ninety-Eight

The Tacos of Roccos

No, this is not a scene from the movie "Tangled." Oh, how I wish...

This restaurant is as close as I've seen to the adorable fairy tale, and that makes me an instant fan. What a pretty place for a romantic dinner for two! We've passed Rocco's Tacos weekly since our arrival to Jupiter, but haven't ever stopped. I don't know why? The lanterns light up each night and the mood instantly changes. During the day, it's more of a tequila bar, but at night, it transforms into this tranquil scene, calmed by the dimmed lights. So pretty. And the food was impressive too. Fresh guacamole is smashed and mixed right in front of the guests, made to order exactly to their preference. We ate three avocados tonight. I sincerely hope that Adam ate the majority of them...oops. Haha. It was just too good to pass up! His burrito (he always orders a burrito if it's Mexican) was probably two solid pounds of deliciousness. Yep, he's still trying to pack on those pounds, although I wasn't expecting an order of food that big! He forced the whole thing down though...and now, he's sporting an impressive food baby. Go us.
