The Busy, Full, and Best Day to Start First and Third Grade!
First stop: The Property!!
We couldn’t wait to see our three acres! And though it’s needing a little TLC at the moment (that’s wild south Florida in summertime for ya), we’re SO ready to lay some concrete and build us our forever home hopefully soon!
We made our way to the gym, where the big girls got to hug their favorite coaches and spend some time back in their own stomping grounds.
With some time to spare, we got out our curriculum and started school yesterday!
While Amelia finished up her practice with her teammates,
the little girls played Guess Who while Bearett set off on his new adventure through THIRD GRADE!
Once “home,” we all got to work!

And Third Grade welcomes you, Bearett John!
We are SO excited for this school year. I think the two of them are going to excel like never before with the curriculum each of them have before them specifically, and we can’t wait to get started!

Meanwhile, Daddy flew to Philly.
And he pitched in the first of two games against a very familiar team. However this time, his old NL East foes were facing a much improved version of Daddy and a very tough Tampa Bay opponent.
