While the kids were off on a scavenger hunt with Grandpa, Mom and Dad went on a date to the chiropractor. Woohoo!
And then we stopped to watch the progression of an excavation project.

It may have been the most mesmerizing, fascinating date we’ve experienced yet—we could’ve easily sat there and watched all day long.
