The Bread, The Hair, The Cream
This year in school, Bearett is learning the different titles given of Jesus in the Bible. Already, he’s learned that Jesus is the Light of the World. Now, he’s learning how Jesus is the Bread of Life.
“I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry and he who believes in me will never go thirsty,” Jesus said.
And so, Bear made his first ever batch of bread as a reminder that “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4. It was fun, it was focused, it was intentional, and it was really tasty!
The days are much the same now, and we are truly thankful to be able to have a pretty regular routine. Amelia has gymnastics three days a week and will start her competition season in November. She’s learning all her routines right now and hopes to have all her required moves by that first meet. She’s learned and improved an incredible amount in the 9 months she’s been doing team gymnastics and really loves it.
She loves her pigtail braids too—Mommy’s first attempt EVER at this hairstyle. Not bad, right?!! See Auntie Ellie! Are you so proud?!
With Bub at Ninja Class Thursdays as well, these two babes get extra one on one time with their Mama and Dada. And we spoil them because of it. We love ice cream! And so does Bitsy? STOP FEEDING HER ICE CREAM, MOLLY!
