The Much Anticipated Visitors
What a fun night yesterday!!
Down from our “hometown,” our friends made the two hour drive to watch a game and spend some time with the family. It was the absolute perfect night and the perfect timing for much needed fellowship.

The kids had a blast and got to show their friend all the neat things about going to a baseball game, including waving at Daddy, singing the national anthem, ordering hotdogs, and eating cotton candy!

Ella Mae’s favorite thing though, was teaching her friend that if you ever run out of containers for your various food options, the cup holder is a perfect solution.
*Eye roll*

That’s my Katesy!

But best of all, the kids got to show their friend the field and give her a ball from Daddy, who she known as Mr. Adam for almost three years now.

For this mama though, the best part was having likeminded Believers from home, sitting next to me all night long in honest conversation. It was refreshing. It was helpful. It was genuine and faithful. And it was just exactly what I needed at this specific time. We love y’all so much, McGaths! Thank you a million times over for coming to see us - it was truly a treat to each one of us.
