Quiet time...from the other side of the couch!
Followed by...not so quiet time at Black Friday! Bearett was finding all the deals at Old Navy. And was proud of it too. Fact: the vest is the only clothing item Bearett did not wear into the store. He INSISTED on boots and shorts. Turns out I have a thing or five to teach him about style. Until then, have at it, son.
Dad swooped the big kids up and Ella Mae and I shopped peacefully for two whole hours alone. I'll be the first to admit how much more shopping can be done when Mom is uninterrupted. We visited four stores in that time span, our biggest accomplishments coming in the form of $58 brand new bikes! Ella Mae can't wait to see their surprised faces!
Finally, as Christmas season has officially arrived, it seemed only fitting to go find our tree!
Turns out, we got the best one. Family, that is. Our tree is pretty great too.
