Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Eight

The Sleepers

Check it out. That's one MillieGirl in her own little big girl bed (the whole night!!). One tiny Ella Mae snoozin in her sleep sack. And one big Dada sleepin without interruption. And that means? SHOWER FOR MAMA WITHOUT INTERRUPTION! PARTYYYYY!

We had to go to the field extra early yesterday. And this time, it wasn't because of Daddy. It was because of Mommy!! On Wednesday, the Marlins wives are taking on the Rays wives in a charity softball game, so naturally, we had to have practice!

I entrusted my tiny humans with Auntie Ellie and took to the field for an hour and a half...with the babes just feet away in case they needed Mama! I've been so grateful for all the help Ellie's provided me with and yesterday was extra special. Mostly because it was her birthday and she was STILL offering to serve me. I just love her heart.

Getting a little workout time in was SO rewarding and such a crisp breath of fresh air for this Mama. I have no intention of leaving my babes while they learn and grow, but I think...for an hour, four days a week, it'll be good for all three of us.

Oh and by the way, our team is AMAZING! Can't wait to put on the jersey and bring home a W!

After our day at the park, without a working elevator in our condominium, and a broken A/C unit (requiring 1200$ of work), we were spent. Clearly. So so tired. And hot. And ready for yesterday to end.
________

Adam pitches tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7 and Mama plays at 4! Let's go Fish!!
