The Spring Training Surprise
Our Little Fishy in her own pond!
Amelia's been swimming at home most every day now that Grandma and Grandpa are here and she just can't get enough of it!!
Especially now that the weather is hot and the pool is heated!
She's learned so much in the past 4 weeks of lessons and what a blessing it's been! She's never been afraid of the water and now, she's able to enjoy the water safely! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for helping her get comfortable in our pool. I'd have done it, buuuuuuut...I sorta can't really go in the water right now!
SURPRISE!!
Oh my heart!
We didn't expect to see this handsome man yesterday, but then...there he was! Adam came home early - he was told that he didn't have to go to yesterday's game, so he came home and spent the afternoon with us before leaving to Miami at 4!! Oh Daddy! You make us smile the biggest, most genuine smiles ever!
Ella Mae, you make us smile just the same!
Your face is perfect, Baby Girl!
And your toesies are too!
We love looking at you and admiring all your little features. You're one happy, content, and calm Beebee and we so appreciate how easy you've made this transition on us. You sleep like a champ, you nurse like a pro, and you poop like, once every hour. No exaggeration. Which is fine, but if there's one thing you do hate, it's getting your diaper changed. So, maybe either try pooping less often and more or find a way to enjoy the cool breeze on your lady buns!
Grandma say you look a lot like Mama when I was a baby. I have to agree, however, you really do look a lot like Amelia too...which is interesting because Amelia was (and still is) a spitting image of Daddy! So, I guess maybe you're just a perfect mix of Mommy and Daddy and you and Amelia will basically be twins - the prettiest twins I ever did see! Love you Precious Babe. You are just the sweetest little blessing!
