The Everyday
Alone time with the Lord from the comfort of my balcony. Usually, my time spent reading isn't until bed time when I'm laying with Amelia while she falls asleep. Feeling the Word on my fingertips and being completely alone has a familiar and more personal weight to it though. Praying for more moments like these, although even if I have to read from my Blue Letter Bible app while Millie falls asleep, I know it's only for a short season.
(In case you haven't heard of that app, it's incredible. Not only does it offer multiple versions and translations, it also offers many different commentaries, cross references, dictionaries, highlighting and underlining features, audio versions, and probably more things this fried brain is forgetting. I use it almost every day and it's been such a blessing to both Adam and me. Highly recommend it!)
Supper with Millie girl is never dull. She ate her entire meal like this and we never stopped giggling. She's the funniest and cutest big sister there ever was!
"Das MY Beebee! I love you Beebee sasster!"
And WE love you, monkeys!
Thanks for the hilarious and oh so thoughtful gifts, Grandma Katy!!! What a special and unique talent you have and we're so grateful that we're on the receiving end of it!!
