The Friendliest Girl There Ever Was
Amelia had one two-hour flight, followed by one FOUR-hour flight yesterday (glad that's over).
On the second, she managed to meet every single person on the plane, who said hi with huge smiles.
Up and down, up and down she walked.
Maybe 20 times.
And if she didn't already look partially tipsy while she's learning to walk, she looked downright drunk 30,000 feet in the air. We all laughed about it. Until she fell. And then we gasped. But she'd just stand right back up and take off again. Definitely thankful for generous and friendly people we meet on every flight - and that's a lot of flights. Traveling with a baby is one thing. Traveling with a toddler is another. So next time you see a mommy with a kiddie strapped to the front of them (or one hanging from her ankles), give her a smile, a hi, and maybe even a "can I help you." It'll make a world of difference.
We're home!!
Well, in Miami, that is.
Adam pitches tomorrow (Thursday) at 7:10PM EST (4:10PM PST) against the Diamondbacks.
Let's go Fish!
