The Most Powerful Gift
Sometimes, it's hard to be on the receiving end of such abundant generosity and love...because saying thank you never fully encompasses the gratitude and thankfulness that so overwhelmingly fills a heart. That's how Adam and I felt yesterday after our third baby shower for little miss Conley. I wish I could communicate the depth of our gratitude to everyone who's poured into us over the past few months, but I'm not THAT good of a writer and my vocabulary doesn't contain those sorts of words.
Yesterday, we were showered with all sorts of goodies, a beautiful meal, a delicious dessert, but better than anything...
...the prayers of our friends.
We are humbled by the hearts of these people and praise God for bringing them into our lives. We absolutely love you, our Tequesta Baptist small group. You're an answered prayer and a sweet, sweet blessing to us daily. It's because of you that we look forward to raising our little girl in this church with such joy and anticipation.
