The Slight of Word

My sister told me that the girls don't especially like oatmeal. 

Problem: we eat oatmeal probably at least 3 times a week!

But have you had Auntie's stovetop, old fashioned oats **hot cereal** before?

Oh, and you love it?!!

Yaaaaaaay!

With the upcoming Handy Fair, in which the kids get to make and sell any items of their choosing, they went to work to make the most fun, practical, and best priced items they could think of. Amelia's choice (the little girls too) was to make little homemade tins of peg dolls. 

Slime was Bearett's immediate choice.

But he helped his sister diligently to create the tiny tin boxes for the little dolls. 

Art is the easy favorite here.

Then, we took our cousins to taekwondo, 

Wednesday night church, 



and after a busy day, we passed out quickly and oh-so cozily!
