Day 4,185

The Music and Machine Makers

Her little two and three year old fingers have been working on her Twinkles for 9 months now and she's finally strong enough to play her "A, E, F, E, 3, 2, 1, A!" This is a HUGE accomplishment for her and we're so excited for her to hopefully soon, put more of her song together. Who knows, maybe by January, we'll have our fourth Twinkle graduate, only this one at 3 years old! Way to go, Molly!!

As for the bigger kids, they've been practicing as much as I've reminded them to over the summer and we've certainly made some progress. Ella Mae is still pretty young in her ability to concentrate, but she's learning her fourth song in her Suzuki Book 1. Bearett and Amelia are on their 10th songs and have been helping each other out with a few skirmishes and arguments, but for the most part, they play together really nicely! But truth be told, as of right now, they'd prefer rather to play "machine makers" with Bearett's basket of torn apart gadgets!
