Thursday: time for school!
Even Ella Mae is getting in on the learning fun!
She can nearly recognize all her letters and has no problems with her numbers. She’s been writing each for a couple months now and she’s getting so much better! Being a lefty is tough work, but she’s making tons of progress!
Everybody gets their own turn! And finally, we’ve got a new math curriculum that Bub LOVES! Here’s to math that he actually wants to do!!
Thursday night was particularly special and out of the ordinary, as we got a chance to serve and love on a long time friend of Adam and mine. Dennis’ wife Sondra passed away a couple months ago and though the children don’t remember them well, they had the BEST time getting to know “Mr. Dentist” over supper. Seeing him again in his own home after not being there for around 7 years was a blast from the past and just so lovely. They are the couple that hosted our second-ever Bible study here in Florida, and we’ve loved them dearly ever since.
We’re missing our little Mrs. Sondra, but we are thankful to the Lord that we still get to enjoy the rich company of Mr. Dennis. What a blessing it was to see him again, and with all the kids. We love you!
