The Smiles Near and Far
We started Tuesday off with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY video to our Grandma!! These babes are crazy about my mommy and though we’re always sad to miss out on the festivities of celebrating her in person, we do our best to make her smile from thousands of miles away. I think it works.
We may have missed out with our family, but the Lord has even given us such a sweet little community here and for that, we are so thankful! Our Bean House girls got to come hang out with us all afternoon and evening and what a treat it was to be able to spend so much time with them! These days are always some of our very favorite—for the kids to get time with older children who’ve been instructed in the Word, and for myself to be able to have intentional conversations with maturing young ladies desiring to honor the Lord. What a gift to be able to serve and be served within the broader context of the church!
