The Conley Quarantine: Day 76
We’ve been in “quarantine” for 76 days now (insert jaw drop), but at least the gym is open for our kiddies! We took the three girls to “Mommy and Me” class yesterday while Bearett was at camp, and they spent the hour running around, doing flips, and playing with their daddy. Safe to call it “Daddy and Me” for us!
So thankful for this time with our girls, out of the home, having normal fun again!
The only fun news about baseball yesterday was that Adam threw barefoot. I didn’t believe him and asked for a picture for proof. When you forget your cleats and you’re wearing slides, you have no other option. I think this is a first, though it was actually probably quite beneficial in some ways! The other news regarding baseball came in the way of a denial by the Players to resume the season in response to the Owners most recent proposal. So, we’re still not sure when season will start and are now waiting on a counter proposal from MLB.
Weeeeeeeeeeee
Also, more bitter news came in the report of Bub’s lack of obedience at camp. He had a hard day yesterday and has since been planted right next to his mama for extra accountability. That meant: I had two extra hands for laundry folding!!
