Day. 3,168

The Conley Quarantine: Day 43

On all the other nights, we read the Bible together with Daddy before we go to bed. But last night, Daddy was gone hunting and since we’re on the very last chapter of Revelation with the kids (their choice!!), we decided on the Prince’s Poison Cup by R.C. Sproul in order to preserve the ending of Revelation with Dad! They love all this author’s books and correctly point out in each different story, the clear Gospel presentation - and with great enthusiasm!

Yes.
This is what they do to my heart.
I love you, children!

Daddy got home around 10 and when we were finally crawling in bed, our bedmate was once again, completely upside down. That’s two nights in a row. Will we get to three?!

Also, just to jog my memory when I’m old...Adam has never obviously been home during spring/summer hunting season. When all this Covid stuff started, he was excited to be able to at least go out into the woods to hunt. Fact: they shut down the public hunting land too. No hunting. In the woods. Another fact: they opened it back up this week! So he was quite excited to go and I’m thankful for it!
