The Baby Funk
Our Tiny Babe has been in somewhat of a funk lately. The past couple nights, she’s not slept well, has a little runny nose, and is sneezing more than normal. She’s also got thicker poop. Sorry, mom life. So I was poking and prodding around her yesterday, trying to come up with what exactly was bothering her and I happened to touch her left ear with a Qtip. You would’ve thought I jammed that thing right straight into the inside of her brain with the tears and screams that followed. I felt absolutely terrible but I BARELY put the thing inside her ear before she was hyperventilating and crying worse than I’ve ever heard in her whole life. I immediately called our chiropractor (Uncle Lucas moved, so Dr. Brian is our now our new chiropractor), and drove to his office for an adjustment. Upon receiving the adjustments, her demeanor changed almost instantly and her symptoms have reduced since. She’s still not feeling herself completely, but hopefully with a couple more days and maybe another visit, she’ll be back to normal!
And then just to be safe and since we were all there already, each kid and their Mama hopped onto the table for a little immune system boost! Thank you Dr. Brian!!
