The Greatest Pursuit
I have so much to say but I’m so tired.
We welcomed (and surprised!) Auntie Morgan and Jack Jack the doggie to South Florida last night. She drove six days straight from Washington state in the biggest move of her life. And why? Because for the first time in her life, the fog has been lifted from her eyes. Her heart is tender to Biblical truth and it’s her desire to pursue Christ and his Word. An answered prayer beyond our wildest imaginations. The Lord is so gracious. And so, she’s moved her whole life in order to attend our church. The rest of the logistics (job, housing, etc) she hasn’t figured out yet. But that’s the least of our worries as all we’re focused on is getting her acquainted and welcomed into the fellowship and family of Believers at CBC in order that she may grow deeper in faith and in the truth of Christ. Praise God. It’s not yet been a year that we welcomed Bearett into our home and to see such a drastic and sustained change in Morgan’s life since then is testimony only to the redeeming love of the Father. Our God is so good.
