The Spring Sunday
Sunday morning getting ready for church!
Yesterday was a big day at CBC. We partook in communion and listened to three people’s testimonies of God’s redeeming work in their lives as they were baptized before us. The kids (minus Ella Mae, who watched her eyelids instead) watched on intently, trying to tie the stories from the Bible into what they were seeing before them. “I’m gonna baptize Amelia when we get home, just like John the Baptist did!” Not bad.
Adam pitched three inning yesterday in Orlando against the Braves. He’s got some more work to do but we’re confident that the gains and changes he made this offseason will prove themselves fruitful this year.
