The 2017 Debut
It was a good one last night!
In his season debut, Dada got lots of "Haaaaa's" (Amelia's nickname for strikeouts), got the win, and looked "soooo heensome (handsome) doing it!
Big Sister made sure Ella Mae knew exactly what was happening and always pointed Dada out when he came on the teevee. The squeals she makes upon seeing his fave will never get old and I can't wait until Ella Mae can join in on the excitement too! We cheered and shouted and clapped and hollered for our guy - all while packing and cleaning the house for our Sunday move to Miami. We're sure tired, but we're so proud of our Dada and grateful for the help we've been given - by my mommy especially.
Last night, Dada taught the Mets how to sit down. And Amelia taught the baby sis how to sush up! Both effective skills to have, my Conley loves!!!

5IP, 1 H, 1R, 3BB, 6K, 1HR, and the W.
he's 1-0 with a 1.80 ERA
(He took a no-hitter into the 5th, but with 2 outs, gave up a homerun and then walked two guys right after that, but other than those couple blemishes, he looked great in his debut! Gooooo Daddy!!)
Adam is scheduled to pitch next at home on Friday.
