Day Nineteen Hundred and Thirty-Nine

The Resonate Conference 2017

Isn't he just the cutest?! Oh my heart! I could stare at him all day long and not get tired of it. Though, I would prefer it in person and not from 3,000 miles away on FaceTime. But the Lord called him to a quick - REALLY quick - trip back to Washington to speak at a Christian conference instead. And so, he left Tuesday morning at 6AM and arrived in Bellevue, WA at 4PM, got a bite to eat and headed to the Resonate Conference, where about 400 alumni of Resonate Church (our college church) gathered to worship Christ and to share how the Lord is opening up new opportunities to take the Gospel to unreached college campuses across the Pacific Northwest.

He's been a busy man ever since arriving - he didn't get to bed until 1 AM Washington time last night, was up early again this morning, and has a red eye flight tonight with my 3 year old nephew back home. It's been a whirlwind for him and he's exhausted, but the Lord is so obviously at work in the ministry of Resonate and in Adam that it's been every bit worth it. We're excited to get him back tomorrow, but so humbled and grateful that he was able to serve in this capacity.

Below is a link to the conference stream they recorded today (Wednesday). If you scroll to 1 hour and 24 minutes (1:24:00), you can listen to Adam give testimony to what the Lord has done in his life since becoming a Christian and leaving our college church Resonate. What an incredible God we serve. Please listen.
