Day Fifteen Hundred and Twenty-Eight

The Last Time I Blew Out my Back...I was Pregnant

Well, yesterday started off GREAT!
We brushed our teeth,

went on a very long walk while talking to my mommy - in which we found an entirely new and unknown part of our neighborhood (it's so much bigger than we realized!),

and installed our new rug a week early!!! Yaaaay! No more Millie head-smashes into tile! Our day was on a roll. We were clean and healthy and happy and excited about what was going to happen next.

And then? I collapsed onto the kitchen floor while holding Amelia. It literally felt like a rubber band had snapped in my lower back. Adam took the baby and carried me over to the couch...

...where I sat the entire rest of the night.
I cannot arch my back whatsoever. It's locked up and will not move without severe pain shooting through my entire body. I'm really bummed and confused and uncomfortable and upset. But at least I have a husband who serves me without complaint while simultaneously watching our baby and drawing the careful, most exciting dimensions of our future table and media console...which he's going to build himself!
It could be worse.
