Day Fourteen Hundred and Ninety-Four

The Second Day of More Surprises!

While Daddy was finding everything in the woods besides deer...

Amelia and I were finding - for the second morning in a row - surprise after surprise.

We walked downstairs to the entire length of Auntie's couch...

...covered in new clothes!

Seriously, the whole thing!

If this isn't the definition of a spoiled niece, I don't know what is!

Actually, I take that back.
This is the definition of a spoiled niece.
Yet another surprise...this time for Mama.
Say hello to my newest, most favorite, and exciting crafting tool EVER!
It's a Silhouette HD...it cuts stuff. Stuff that makes really cute and even awesomer stuff. Like...Amelia's Zephyrs onesies. And her Marlins onesies. And banners and stickers and boxes and cupcake toppers...and basically anything you could cut with scissors...this thing cuts it perfectly.

KIM! I don't know how I ever managed to be on the receiving end of such kindness and thoughtfulness. But I'm truly grateful and hope you realize just how much your sweet gestures mean to us. Crazy wow! Thank you!!!

We ran a few more crafting errands yesterday before meeting this handsome hunks at home. Millie was so excited to see her Dada and Pa and leapt right in Dad's arms for a photo in Pa's hat. The boys are having a rough go at it in the woods here in Kentucky. The deer are either really good at hiding, not present...or...Dad and Pa, well...that's not nice to say ;)

Hopefully we'll be leaving Lexington with a buck or doe in the bed of our truck. If not, I'm in for an angry husband and an empty freezer. Both: not good.

In other news, Amelia face-smashed into her walker yesterday.
It was sad. She hasn't figured out that she needs to move her feet too, when the walker moves. In time (and bruises?) I guess.

And Hunter, when asked what he wants for his birthday, excitedly exclaimed, "I want a wheel chair like Papa!" Ha! The brain of an almost-five-year-old!
