The Farewell to Offseason #3
After four months of workouts aside my very best partner, yesterday Adam said goodbye to Coastal Performance (and me) for the rest of season. Waaaaaahhh!! He'll begin his new in-season workout routine at the Marlins facility starting Monday...leaving me lonely and without any eye candy to google over during my workouts until next year. Ha! Poor Ken. Who's gonna scream "get up there" on my chin-ups now?!
