The Man Does More Than Just Pitch!
Probably my second most favorite thing about Adam's job (besides watching him pitch, obviously) is being able to spy on him while he works in the stands. Like seriously, awesome. I just get to sit and stare at his handsome profile for 9 innings. Hahaha. He takes pride in this part of his job, and is very serious about it, so we never get to talk to each other, but that doesn't much bother me. After all, this is his job. I'm just happy I can watch him do it!
So, just like in Greensboro, every Friday night, Jacksonville hosts a fireworks show that demands attention. It's loud. It's bright. It's beautiful and fun. But clearly, it's not demanding enough. Because one person in the stands was still working through the display. Adam didn't even lift his head once. Hahaha.
