The Rash That Wasn't
Don't worry, this is normal.
In fact, it's a good thing. Adam has been getting treatment for his arm lately and the aftermath is this rash-looking thing. His trainer uses a special tool that breaks up blood vessels, which helps increase blood flow and the healing process. And in the past month or so, I've seen this rash all over the left side of his body. Sometimes it's his bicep. Sometimes it's his tricep, his deltoid, his forearm, or lat. Basically, anywhere Adam is feeling sore, this is the result. This first time I saw it, I flipped out. I thought something was wrong. But I've been reassured many times that he's fine. Totally healthy. Just a little rashed.
Apparently, while inside the stadium yesterday, someone decided to decorate our truck with a new hood ornament. Thanks a lot stupid bird.
We love our balcony. It's so peaceful. Such a perfect way to end a beautiful Sunday.
