Day Four Hundred and Seventy-Seven

The Bread and The Wine

Adam has a very particular bedtime schedule that he sticks very close to. Just like this time last year, he's consuming a thousand extra calories of peanut butter and jellie sandwiches with a tall glass of chocolate milk every night. That equals A LOT of bread. And it seems that we always run out at the worst of times. So last night, when we were more than ready for bed, we made the half mile journey to Publix for some wheat...and while we were at it, I took a look at the wine selection. You see, I'd like to be able to at least stand the taste of wine, since I don't really like much else. But when it comes to a selection that looks like this, what am I supposed to do?! Like, really??

I chose a Riesling...I've heard they're fruity and the most like juice. I think I can handle it? I guess we'll see!

  1. If you don't like wine yet, I'd say start with a rose. Sweet, light and much easier to drink than a lot of other wines. I like most all wines now, but the first wine I enjoyed was a rose...or maybe a white zinfandel
