The Cool Turkey Date
Date night chicken and waffles at our favorite Jupiter restaurant Coolinary Cafe! We could eat this weekly. Truly. Before tasting this dish, I remember scoffing at the idea of such a preposterous pairing. I WAS WRONG. So, so wrong. This stuff is tastebud gold.
We decided to make a date out of last night mostly because we wanted a date...but also because Whole Foods was holding hostage our Thanksgiving bird! We picked up our 22lb Turkey, did some big shopping, and made it home without buying the ENTIRE store.
