Pre-game night preparation.
Egg whites. Grape juice. Gatorade shake.
Mix in your belly. Not in your mouth.


And to calm the anxiety, act like twelve year olds and send face-farting videos to your family. It'll cause instant laughter and momentary distraction from the big game ;)
