The Best Class
One of my favorite things about homeschooling this year has been in watching all three big kids learn the Bible stories and Bible books together. We’ve ALL memorized the books in order from Genesis to Amos and can almost make it without error to Habakkuk. But the most fun part is seeing them act out the plots in the narratives they’re reading. Yesterday, we were learning about the 10 plagues in Egypt and why they occurred. Daddy drew pharaoh on the girls’ board and immediately, they both leapt up and started waving their fingers, screaming, “Let my people go!”
Bub followed suit and drew an incredible picture of Egypt during their ten plagues. He LOVES art! And he’s good at it too.
Meanwhile...
...my one year old is already a teenager.
