The Sisterhood of the Traveling Storm
You and me, Sis. Storm prep: Day 2. Grab your boots and get ready to sweat!

Before Morgan arrived at the house, I had already cleaned the entire inside of the garage in preparation for what I hoped would be the perfect spot for our 12 foot trampoline. So, we took off the net and...started to roll. We rolled and rolled and rolled. Ants and bugs and twigs and leaves flying all over the place, but we got it out with a little help from Bearett.

Well, and our concerned neighbor who happened to be outside when we showed up with a gigantic trampoline in my driveway. Mr. Jeff held onto the bounce-maker and I got a picture! He then helped us maneuver the beast into the garage...

...where she DOES fit!
Ha! I knew it would and I’m so happy it does becuase the last thing I wanted to do was unhook a hundred springs if I didn’t have to!!! Woooooo!! AND I still have room for two cars in the garage, just like I planned.

The only thing I really missed the boat on in all of our prep was the fact that I hadn’t noticed a few overgrown palm branches touching our house before the garbage man came yesterday. So, the three huge palm branches I sawed off are eventually going to be put into the garage along with everything else until the storm passes and I can take them back out.

Not bad for a girl and her sister, right Molly?
Uuuuuuhm, w-w-whatever you say Mommy.
I’ve got just a few more things to do and we should be all set to weather this storm as graciously as we can!
