Day Seventeen Hundred and Forty-Five

The Fifteenth Start

Uh guys.
Guys.
GUYS!!!

Did you just see that?!
There he is! There he is! They let him back out!

For the first time in his MLB career, Adam pitched eight innings for the Fish in his longest start to date!! It was exactly what the team needed from him, and Adam delivered a gem. It was exciting to watch, and though he never allowed a run, it still has me biting my fingers, tummy in a knot. He pitched an outstanding game and one that absolutely helped his team in more ways than just the win column!

I joked to Mr. Jim that if this is how Adam pitches when he's around, he might just have to come around more often! Jim - my first ever friend in Jupiter's dad - has been keeping up with the Conleys ever since we met during Adam's first season in Greensboro and finally, he got to watch Adam play in Miami.

There's the smile!!
She sure had fun hanging out yesterday! Thanks for the luck!

Amelia was full of smiles yesterday.

Surprisingly, we caught a few from Adam too!

The Fish were victorious against the Braves, shutting them out with finality!

Proud of you Hun!

8IP, 4H, 0R, 1BB, 4K and the W. He's 4-4 now with a 3.56 ERA. He pitches Tuesday in Detroit against the Tigers.
