Day Nine Hundred and Sixteen

The Legend Series: Game 1

Adam woke up early yesterday morning for a buffet breakfast on the patio, followed by a trip to the Panama Canal with the team. I don't currently have a photo of the Canal, but I've been promised over 100 pictures when he returns! Yeehaw! (I'll post more tomorrow!) Adam and I haven't spoken much in the past day or so because of his schedule and the time change, but from what I understood, the guys walked across the opening of the Panama Canal! What an experience! He also told me that for one ship to cross, it costs $100,000!! Say whaaaaat?!

And above is obviously what it looks like: Adam's Panamanian Miami locker!

My husband…the artist!
Mariano and Panama treated the Marlins incredibly on this trip!

The Marlins faced the Yankees in the opening night of the series, taking Game 1 with a combined no-hitter, thrown by four of our pitchers!! Incredible!! Our hitters were impressive, too, with 7 hits and a final score of 5-0.

As I type, Adam is traveling home from Panama. I'll post about his game (which happened today), tomorrow (Monday). And I have absolutely no idea anything about his upcoming schedule this week, but will likely know something tomorrow.
