The Perpetual Storm Date

We met Dad out on a date yesterday because when we woke up, he had already left for a Marlins community service project and we just really wanted to see him! So, we braved the down pouring thunderstorms and got to hang with our guy for a half hour before he had to leave for work. Better something than nothing.
And then we spent essentially the entire rest of the day inside due to those same thunderstorms that NEVER LEFT ALL DAY. In case you didn’t know, this is Sourh Florida in August. And no, they don’t get to play in the rain if there’s any lightening. Which there was. All day. In Ella Mae’s description: “WHOLE TIME RAIN! No go outsiiiiigh”
