The Fish N' Chips Date Night

And no Mimi! Hooooooraaaaaay for a date - our very first real one!
It only lasted about an hour for us, but that's an hour more than we've ever spent apart together without our Amelia! The Marlins put on their Ninth Annual "Fish 'N Chips" casino night for charity. The players do a meet and greet with fans and the fans then get to mingle and "gamble" with their favorite players. All chips purchased go directly to reviving baseball in the inner city through a program called RBI. It was a fun night of roulette, pretty dresses, excited fans, and a sweet moment of "alone time" with my handsome husband.

But after an hour an a half of whining and crying her eyes out, we rescued Amelia from the play room, strapped her into her car seat, put noodles on her fingers, and drove her straight home home for our much needed off day.
