Day Seven Hundred and Ninety-Six

The Double Under


Double under: an exercise done on a jump rope in which the rope makes two passes per jump, instead of just one.

Yesterday, I learned two things:
1) How many double unders I can do in 3 minutes: 131
2) How 131 double unders makes me feel: like I got hit in the face (and chest, and arms, and legs, and shins, and neck, and achilles, and knees) with a 2X4
