Day Five Hundred and Forty

The View From the Bullpen

Every home game, Adam is required to dress in his uniform and sit with the other pitchers in the bullpen. I think that's pretty neat. I also think it's a pretty good way for Adam to get an idea of what a Big League game looks like from the field - instead of from the nosebleeds. He's learned so much this past month and continues to come home with more and more intricate explanations of why things work the way they do. Adam loves this game and is thankful for the opportunity he's been given to be around guys who've turned their dreams into realities...and I know there's not a day that goes by that he takes it for granted. Attending Big League camp is an honor, but he understands there's a lot of work that still needs to be done...like learning how to throw his slider CONSISTENTLY! COME ON HONEY! Also, I would be ok with him developing a 100 MPH fastball too.

(Adam is third from the left in this photo...with the white sunglasses! The back of his head is so handsome! Hahaha)

Adam got me a camera with a pretty decent zoom.
I just love him.
