The Second Grapefruit League Start 2016
This sea of red ain't go NOTHIN' on me. Ain't got NOTHIN' on my Daddy either. Or on my bow (Auntie Kim's the best). Or on my glasses. Or on my shirt. Or on my face. I mean, the list could go on for days!
Because we're the perfect pair and nobody can do better!
My Dada threw again yesterday. This time, he got to go into the third inning and though he said he was trying way too hard, I think he did great. Except, he did walk someone and...that made me and Mommy consider retaliation. He's lucky we were feeling generous.
Dad's line:
2.2 IP, 1H, 1BB, the W, and topped out at 97 MPH. He worked, again, very specifically on his fastball and over time, will begin introducing his change up and slider. He's still fighting for a starting job in Miami, but we won't know that answer until closer to the end of March.
Thank you for your continued prayers and love poured over our family. We don't know what the Lord has for us this year, but whatever it looks like and wherever He has us, we want to be faithful to His calling.

Adam will pitch again on Monday against the AAA team on the backfiekds. That day is a scheduled off-day for Big League camp, but the Marlins want to keep their rotation on five days (at least that's what I'm inferring), meaning Adam will throw Monday and possibly have Tuesday (mostly) off instead.
