Day Sixteen Hundred and Forty-Four

The Party Girl

The birthday fun continues!
Amelia had a last minute playdate with her girlfriend Kennedy (and Auntie Erika, Uncle Marshall, and FRANK) after church yesterday! We ate yumyums, took naps, watched Uncle Scott pitch for the Marlins, and opened bleated birthday presents! She got a push/walking popper thingy! (Farewell, Sanity...thanks Erika haha!).

Then, we were off to our first-ever birthday party as a guest! Amelia's friend GraceLee turned four, so all the baseball babies got together to celebrate her and her little brother (who's turning two soon also) and their big days!

We went to Kids Need More Art, where Amelia painted for the very first time - a My Little Pony!

She was immediately excited and did a decent job of keeping all the paint ON the canvas (and maybe a few brush strokes on Dad's shirt too).

She was "all done" after maybe three minutes...and her masterpiece was this!

We had lots of fun, ate lots of ice, danced to lots of songs, and made lots of friends. We're a bunch of busy bees these days, but definitely trying to enjoy these last few weeks before we leave for season!

I wasn't lying when I said she was making friends and dancing lots!
