The Third Visit to Ten Fruits
It's official. We're in Miami and OBSESSED with this acai bowl, waffle perfected cafe that's only a few blocks from our hotel! We originally found this little gem last season on our anniversary, when I took Adam there because it had "fruit" in it's name (fruit is the traditional gift you give on the fourth anniversary).
Suffice to say that every single one of us loves the place and we're about to bring them a WHOLE lot more business in the next six months! SO glad we found Ten Fruits when we did! If there's one perk to city living, we found it! (More on city living tomorrow).
We had some time to kill before Adam had to be at the field yesterday, so we played around downtown and found a nice outdoor plaza with huge trees, Miami everything, live music, and local shops. It was a cute date and something we needed as a family. Just hanging out, the three of us. My kid is seriously the cutest, most adorably scrumptious, sweetest thing I've ever laid my eyes on. Goodness, so much love.

Adam throws the first game of the Nationals series in D.C. on April 7 - their Opening Day. He won't pitch in a game before that, but instead, in order to get his arm ready for his start, he is scheduled to pitch one or two innings in Jupiter on Sunday (I believe at 11). This will get him on the five-day pitching schedule that he needs to be on.
