The Vitamin D Therapy
I've never been more desperate for sunshine than in the past 6 months. I'm not yet comfortable putting sunscreen on Amelia (I'm overprotective, yes, I realize), so my time in the sun has been severely limited. And I'm slowly withering away! But alas! My life is changed at 2PM every day in Miami...as of yesterday! I realized that beginning at 2PM, the sun shines perfectly on our balcony! I can stand half inside, half outside IN THE SUN while watching Millie from just a few feet away! The best of both worlds! This Mama is SO HAPPY! I can feel the Vitamin D brightening up my life already!
Millie, though, is happy enough away from the sun and snoozed on the couch after having her Vitamin D supply replenished through my milk! Happy girls!
