The Taste of Water
Our little girl had a rough night. She had a temperature of 102.1, diarrhea, fewer wet diapers than normal, and an almost nonexistent appetite. We're still not sure what happened, as she fully recovered by yesterday afternoon, but because I was concerned that she might be a little dehydrated, I dipped a spoon into water and let her sip it. She was so wild with happiness that she started grabbing the glass up to her face and tipping the water into her mouth herself! Gosh Amelia, it's literally not possible for you to be any cuter!!
You either, Hunter!!
These are some of my favorite lips on the planet. And the leftover powdered sugar from the pancakes I made you make me love them even more.
True Life: WE MISS DADDY.
BADLY.
At least we have FaceTime. I don't know if we could ever leave him for as long as we have without it. Amelia has learned to expect Daddy's face on the screen and gives him a smile every time he appears in the little rectangle box.
She's quite confused by the whole concept though...and actually thinks it more entertaining to chew on Daddy's face than to talk to it. Fair enough, Millie. Come to think of it, maybe you're teething? Hmmmm.
