Day Thirteen Hundred and Sixty-Three

The Eleventh Start

Sending Dada good luck before his game yesterday!

He got to throw 30 miles North of his hometown last night. It. Was. Epic.

We were all SO excited!

We got all dressed up and pretty in our Zephyrs gear...

And showed up early, ready as ever to cheer him on!

My blue jersey was a good luck charm last time, so we tried the white one this time to see if it would bring any more! (It did!)

So many people came out to see Daddy throw. My great grandma Cecelia and great grandpa Mel even made the trek from the other side of the state! It was my first time meeting them (and a lot of other people), and though I was exhausted, I was just so happy to see everyone!

Especially him.

He's my favorite.

Some of Dad's biggest fans (besides me)!

Oh! I even got to meet my Uncle Jeremy finally!!

Dad missed Uncle.
Such a sweet embrace.

Pa pitched an incredible game last night. It's a memory I'll never forget. Well, at least Mom won't. My memory still isn't that good guys.

His line:
7.1IP, 6H, 3ER, 1BB, 8K and a bigfat W for the hometown crowd! He's 5-2 now with a 3.05 ERA.
Dad, you rock.

Thanks to everyone that came out to support him last night! Can't wait for next time...just hopefully in a stadium 30 miles North? ;)
